The components of an organization’s culture – values, people, goals, strategy, tactics, desired behaviors, and all of the organization’s activities – represent a matrix, i.e. an environment in which something develops. While there are best practices that every organization or team should consider, the application of best practices is unique to your circumstance – your leadership, your people, your moment in time. We want to be your partner, helping you craft the strategy by which you create and manage your matrix.
